Allana was selected to play for Australia during the Rugby Sevens 2013, but the knee injury that followed kept her on the sidelines. It took many years for Allana to re-enter the rugby league. Allana played with distinction in the team of New South Wales during her first women's Rugby League match against Queensland and took part in during 2015.
